YOUR Questions Answered: My Not So Super Sweet Life

Protect what's mine

Only five more days until the release of MY NOT SO SUPER SWEET LIFE!! I’m so stinking excited 🙂

Cat and Lucas’s story exists because you asked for it. Entangled Teen listened, and we created this extra special digital conclusion to Cat’s journey, and I have to say, I had a total blast writing it. Early reviews are flooding in, and I’m thrilled with the response. You’re loving Cat’s spunk and swooning over Lucas (I confess, I crushed hard on him, too), and I’m getting all kinds of questions from readers.

Will there be another book?

Will this ever be in print?

Can I read this if I haven’t read the others?

Where can I get a Lucas of my own???

Well, I can help you will all but the last one 😉

  • Another Book – At this time, there is no synopsis or contract for another installment in this series…however, my editor and I have had some fun coming up with possible spin off stories and companion novels. In particular about two of the surprising characters in this book. If there is another book, it probably won’t be for a little while–I have three more books to write under contract first. But I’m definitely not ruling this possibility out 🙂
  • Print – This was always thought of as a special digital companion to the series, which allowed me to get it out to you fast (I didn’t start writing this until late last fall) and change things up a bit from the previous books. It is being formatted for print for special giveaway purposes and I will sell copies of those with me to local signings (check my events calendar and if I will be meeting you this year, tell me if you’d like to bring a copy), so it’s possible that it may be available on a larger scale one day. But for now, it is a cool bonus addition 🙂
  • Narrator – One of those change-ups I mentioned above. My Super Sweet Sixteenth Century had fiesty Cat as our narrator and Alessandra got her turn in A Tale of Two Centuries. In this installment, Cat returns along with Lucas. They alternate chapters to give a complete look at their journey. This also means increased SWOON (tee hee)
  • No Time Travel – Speaking of journeys, unlike the previous books, this one is not a fantasy. It’s a special companion Contemporary Romance with hints of the fantastical, and while filled with surprises and dashes of magic, this time it’s not fate they are fighting…it’s their own insecurities. And the paparazzi.
  • Continued Story – If you haven’t read the others in the series, I’ve explained the major details in My Not So Super Sweet Life…but this book is focused on a relationship that began in book one. Though it can be read without the others, you miss certain elements of their shared history. And how that history influences their feelings of today. It can be done, and many are doing just that, but it may be a richer read starting from the beginning.
