On my homeschool blog, Keep the Way, I shared how school has now become a reward for my girls if they clean up their mess and listen! I am sure they will get over that reward system eventually but right now, I am milking it for all it’s worth. And they have the right attitude, don’t they? Education should be a reward, but how many of us felt that way when we were kids? 🙂
I can’t wait for the Houston YA/MG writer’s meeting tomorrow, and I’ll be going to lunch with two wonderful writing friends. My amazing husband has a date night planned, we are taking the girls book shopping (and I will be able to pick up some more for me, too, woo hoo!) and of course there are more football games to watch (aren’t my Who Dat boys looking good?).
