Guys, I’m so excited!!

Like, rivaling the excitement of my own release days. Why, you may ask? Because it’s the release day for my girl Caisey Quinn’s GIRL ON TOUR, and if y’all don’t know by now, I’m kind of obsessed with Trace….

Okay, a lot obsessed. 

It’s a good thing I’m happily married. And that I like Kylie Ryans so much 😉

Q&A With THE Kylie Ryans

1. Have you always wanted to be a singer? What is the first song you remember “performing” for your dad when you were little?

For as long as I can remember. I think it was Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, or my rock out version of Wheels on the Bus.

2. You are an amazing songwriter, and so much of it comes from your personal experience. Is there any topic in your personal life OFF limits for a song?

Thank you! It’s hard to say. Sometimes I don’t even realize I’m writing about something personal until I’m halfway through. And by then I’m too attached to the song to quit.

3. You’re now on your second tour, this time with two girls instead of a guy–the yummy Trace. Besides the obvious, can you tell us the top thing that makes it better and makes it worse traveling with girls versus a dude?

*Grins* Well…Trace was a bit neater than the girls I’m currently touring with. And he never borrowed my clothes (without asking anyways). But there’s a certain freedom in touring with chicks. Like I don’t care if I haven’t brushed my teeth in the morning or if my hair’s a mess or whatever.  

4. What is the most surprising gift Trace has ever given you?

My daddy’s truck. He bought it back from the woman my dad was married to when he passed away. To say I was shocked would be an understatement.

5. What’s one thing you’ve never done but are dying to experience? 

Going sky diving! It seems like it’d be such a rush. Trace says there’s no way he’s jumping out of a perfectly good plane. We’ll see. 

 

Lightning Round:

1. Go-to snack food when stressed: Anything covered in cheese salt.

2. Favorite song you can listen to over and over and over: *blushes* Um, pretty much anything Trace sings. God that’s a lame answer. Maybe don’t tell him I said that.

3. Fantasy tour location: Europe! I think it’d be so much fun to see that part of the world!

4. Weirdest fan request: Some guy emailed me and asked me to send him my underwear. Um, no dude.

5. Cookies or brownies: I’ve been working out a lot getting ready for a video shoot, so I’m trying hard to stay away from both.

6. Bubble baths or hot showers: Showers. Definitely showers. *more blushing*

7. Night owl or early bird: Night owl. I love how magical the world seems at night. Though Trace is an early bird. We’re trying to compromise.
